It should be kept in mind that young children ingest much of the toothpaste they use, which can be a full dose of fluoride for that age. A minimal amount of toothpaste should be used with children under three. Also most bottled juices are reconstituted and contain fluoridated water.
Due to these circumstances, we generally do not supplement children with fluoride in a fluoridated area. If you have any specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.
