Our Team

	Kathy Pauze, office administrator, has worked with Dr. Weiss since 1982. Kathy lectures nationally to dentists and their staffs about office administration. She is an avid reader, downhill skier, and enjoys many outdoor adventures.
	Maureen Ballante, scheduling coordinator, joined us in February 2001. "Forever" raising a family, Maureen has owned her own business and had worked in dentistry since 1997. She enjoys handwork, her family, and anything she can create for them and others.
	Beth Ballante, insurance coordinator, part two of our dynamic mother/daughter team, joined us in March 2001. Beth has a pre teen daughter and enjoys spending time with her and her family, skiing, boating, and baseball.
	Nicole Chouangpraseuth, business assistant, joined our team in June 2003.  A wonderful employee who adds fun to the office, Nicole wants to further her education in the dental field in the future.  She works out regularly and enjoys hiking, biking, and camping.  But most of all she loves to spend time with family and friends.
	Angie Pugliano RDH has been practicing with Dr. Weiss since 1983. Angie has two beautiful daughters, age eleven and nine, who keep her days full of activity.
	Lisa Pontes, RDH, has been in dentistry since 2002. She is a great athlete, and enjoys cycling, volleyball and has finished the Chicago and Boston Marathons.
	Roz Komins, RDH, is our stalwart part time hygienist, Roz fills in when we need her. Practicing hygiene for many years, she has seen it all. Roz is active in volunteering at the BSO, Special Olympics, and many dental events. She likes to travel and is as active as our youngest team member.
	Erin Turner, RDH, joined our practice in August 2006 as a dental hygienist. Erin hails from Texas and has been in the dental field since 2000.
	Hanna Cho, RDH, joined the team in September 2007. Hanna comes from Seattle where she has learned to love snowboarding and music. She also enjoys cooking and eating yummy food.
	Sarah Bacon, RDH
	Christine Faller, CDA, clinical and new patient coordianator, joined our practice in 1992. Christine has expertise in treating young children, orthodontics, and communications. Christine has two sons and a husband, all of whom keep her busy while not at work. She is interested in cooking and photography and getting a good bargain.

	Marisa Origel, dental tech, is a 2007 graduate of Dartmouth College. She is following a path to dental school while working on our team. Marisa enjoys interior design and fashion.
